For your convenience, Health Quest also offers several additional in-office health services such as vaccinations, injections and dermatological biopsies. For minor emergencies, members can also rely on Health Quest. Examples include repair of lacerations, and examination and setting of broken bones. Although these services are outside the annual fee, the rates are affordable and the services are available at your convenience. 

Retainer Family Medicine

Take control of your health and your health care dollars with Health Quests retainer medical practice. With Health Quest you get a doctor who is in business to serve you, not your insurance provider.

Retainer medicine, also known as self-pay or private medicine, is a direct relationship between a patient and his or her doctor, financially and personally. Retainer practices do not accept insurance or Medicare. These practices also have smaller practices with fewer patients, allowing the doctor more time with each patient. Patients in turn receive more personalized attention and greater access to the doctor. It’s an ideal doctor-patient relationship, the way it used to be.

The annual fee is $3,000 for one individual. Couples are $5,500 with special discounts available for each child added. Payment plans are available.

So what do you get for $3,000? Health Quest Family Medicine provides a retainter option, providing you with a whole-health approach that allows you to call on your doctor for every health care need. Besides all the benefits, every patient receives unlimited office visits, home visits at the physicians discression, some point-of-care testing, health screenings, 24/7 access to Dr. Glick for any health questions or concerns and online health consultations. And last but not least, you will receive a Vital Key with all of your medical records stored in an electronic and portable format.

After Hours Office Visit
$150

Dr Glick is available to see patients at their request in the office.  There is no doctor in area offering to take care of you when you need it most.  Most patients who present to the urgent care or emergency room will wait many hours and will end up paying much more than $150.

Home Visit
$325 approximately 1 hour at your location (medications, procedures at additional cost)

Our Providers will present to your house in under 3 hours.  We will bring all necessary equipment for proper diagnosis and many times will bring medications if he has an idea what illness is requiring treatment.  We care for Alzeheimers patients in Group homes and have also seen patients with severe back pain who were bed bound.  After a thorough history and exam, administration of meds, osteopathic manipulation along with spinal percussion, we can get appropriate patients on their feet to walk the road to recovery.
