Dr. Bryan Glick is a family physician with a family of his own. At Health Quest Family Medicine, he offers the kind of care to his patients that he would want for his own family, from his 5-year-old daughter, Sophie, to his mother and mother-in-law who both live in Anthem.
Dr. Glick graduated from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale in 2006.
He completed a three-year residency program at Banner Good Samaritan in family medicine in Phoenix, with glowing reviews. Dr. Glick was nominated by the Arizona Academy of Family Physicians for the 2008 Walter Brazie Fellowship Award as the outstanding second-year family medicine resident in Arizona. He also has a master's degree in biomedical sciences. |
| His medical credentials are stellar. Dr. Glick could have practiced medicine anywhere, but he chose to practice close to home. Dr. Glick and his wife, Shantel Glick, a Physician Assistant, who also works for Health Quest Family Medicine, moved to Anthem in 2004, becoming the second generation of both of their families to live here.
They quickly became a part of the community. Their two children attend local schools. Their oldest son is Bailey is 15, Sophia is 5 and the newest additions to their family, Gavin, is 1. "This is our community - our neighbors, our friends," Dr. Glick says.

Shantel Glick PA-C graduated from Midwestern University, specializing in family practice and emergency medicine. She likes the fast pace of the emergency room and caring for a variety of patients, from newborns to the elderly. She also finds the wide spectrum of cases fascinating.
But a private practice like Health Quest offers the opportunity to spend more time with patients and really get to know them and their families. Shantel says a close, long-term relationship between doctor and patient means better diagnosis and more effective treatment.

| Shantel is the mother of three. A native Arizonan, she has lived in Anthem since 2004 with her husband, Dr. Bryan Glick.

Rachel Nordmeier PA-C graduated from Midwestern University where she focused or Family Medicine and Women's Health. Originally from Oregon, Rachel has lived in the Phoenix area for more than 8 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading. She currently lives in Anthem with her husband Andrew and is expecting their her first son, Jack, in early 2011. |

Audrey S, our medical assistant graduated from the Bryman School of Arizona in May 2011. Since joining the team at Health Quest Family Medicine, she has enjoyed working with patients and has made plans to advance her medical training by becoming a RN. She believes in providing the best quality of care and strives to make her patients feel comfortable. Audrey is an Arizona native and has lived in the North Phoenix area for over 20 years and currently she and her family are residents of Anthem. |

Monica T, our receptionist, has been in the medical field for four years. She has been attending Glendale Community College working on getting her RN degree. She was born and raised in Arizona, a single mother of three children and has been living in New River for the past ten years. Monica was previously working for John C. Lincoln and wanted to be closer to home and her children. She believes in total patient care and working for Health Quest, she is happy in knowing that is being fulfilled on a daily basis!
